How Cavapaws Began: Benji's Story

Meet Benji. He's a very good boy, and this is his story.

When we got Benji, people were still talking about Covid all the time. Even though things were getting back to normal, you could still feel it everywhere. Lots of puppies, had missed out on meeting other dogs during that time, and it showed.

I thought, that's not fair! Dogs need dog friends too.

So I had an idea. What if Benji had his own little friend group? I asked around, and guess what, lots of other dog owners were thinking the exact same thing.

We started meeting up. Just a few dogs, having fun, sniffing, playing, being silly together.

And here's the best part. Benji turned out to be the friendliest dog ever. He loves every single dog he meets. Even the shy ones. Even the nervous ones. He's like a furry welcome party, helping them feel brave enough to join in and play.

That's how Cavapaws started, right here in Colehill.

Now we have a cosy little group of dogs who come to play. We keep it small on purpose, because a small, happy group beats a big, busy one every time. Every dog gets lots of love, lots of fun, and lots of good friends.
